• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and energetic demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using Resy, ensuring accurate seating assignments
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to optimize table turnover and minimize wait times
• Answer guest inquiries via phone with professionalism and clear communication, providing accurate information about wait times and menu options
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area that reflects our welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns politely and escalating issues to management when necessary
• Support team members during busy periods by helping with basic guest services as needed Requirements
• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Experience with food service operations and restaurant procedures
• Familiarity with Resy is a big plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods of time
