Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with special requests or accommodations. Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-pressure situations with grace. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
