Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience, and assisting with any needs that arise. Your ability to create a positive atmosphere will be key in enhancing guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
