Description Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. Manage guest flow to ensure proper seating for servers. Handle phone calls, reservations, and special requests. Take to-go orders as needed. Assist with table setting and dining room maintenance during peak periods. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have 2-3 years' experience. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong communication skills.
