Cool Springs:
BrickTop's is looking for professional individuals to help manage our front door. We are looking for people with hospitality experience and a sincere desire to make our guest's experience the best it can be! The perfect candidate is someone who is comfortable multi-tasking and staying busy while maintaining a positive, helpful, and cheerful demeanor under pressure. We want our guests to be recognized and catered to by our host staff, guest relations are the most important part of this position!Current openings:
Hosts with experience preferred.We offer:
Comprehensive training. Food discounts. Flexible scheduling. Easy shift transfers. No late nights, we close at 9:00 pm Sunday - Thursdays and 10:00 pm Friday and Saturdays. Insurance for all full-time staff.Duties include:
Managing advance reservations. Bussing and resetting tables. Managing server rotation for fair and consistent seating. Managing phone calls, wait times, walk-in parties, and reservations on a shift-by-shift basis.Benefits
