Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Busser/Host and become the welcoming face of our restaurant! In this energetic role, you will ensure the dining environment remains clean, organized, and inviting for all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences by supporting the serving staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize table utilization Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation between guests Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while adhering to food safety standards Assist servers with food delivery and refilling beverages as needed, supporting smooth service flow Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays or supplies following safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, restrooms, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely Knowledge of sanitation, food safety standards, and proper table setting techniques Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality or catering experience is a plus but not mandatory Join us and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
