Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic host to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The host/hostess plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have an amazing dining experience from the moment they walk in the door. This role is also about maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Greet All Guests who enter or leave the building Assist servers with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Keep a clean and organized area. Maintain a wait and communicate with managers and service staff of requests or assistance Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Answer phones and have basic knowledge of menu items and togo procedures Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests or concerns. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in banquet service or catering is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience is beneficial. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
