You'll greet guests, check IDs, manage reservations and waitlists, get groups set up for golf & bowling, answer questions, and help keep things organized when the bar gets busy. What You'll Do Greet guests & check IDs Set up guests on TrackMan golf bays & bowling lanes Manage reservations, waitlists & walk-ins Answer phones and guest questions Process game payments through the POS Help keep guest traffic organized on busy nights Communicate with bartenders, servers & managers Help run food or jump in where the team needs you Be friendly while confidently enforcing house rules Who We're Looking For Must be 18+ Outgoing, friendly & comfortable talking to new people Quick on your feet and able to stay calm when it gets busy Reliable & punctual Confident enough to be firm when needed Hospitality experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
