Host Rippy's Table and Tavern - Bellevue, TN $12-$14/hour + tip share Rippy's Table and Tavern is a casual, family-friendly neighborhood pub and sports bar in Bellevue. We're looking for a Host who takes pride in taking care of our guests and the restaurant from the moment they walk in (or call for takeout) until their table is ready for the next party. What you'll do Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude and seat them promptly and accurately Manage the flow of the dining room so wait times stay reasonable and sections stay balanced Take and organize takeout orders, making sure they are correct, complete, and ready on time Bus and reset tables quickly and thoroughly so the next guests sit down to a clean, ready space Keep the host stand, entry area, and nearby stations clean and organized Communicate with servers, expo, and the kitchen so guests and takeout orders are taken care of smoothly Answer phones and help with basic guest questions in a positive, helpful way Support the overall restaurant during busy dinner and weekend shifts Who we're looking for Warm, reliable, and guest-focused Able to stay organized and calm when the door and phones get busy Comfortable on your feet, clearing and resetting tables, and moving at a steady pace Team-oriented and willing to help where needed Available primarily for dinner shifts and weekends (some daytime shifts available) No prior host experience required — we will train the right person What we offer $12-$14/hour + tip share Employee discounts A team-oriented, family-like staff Opportunity to grow into server, trainer, or other roles A neighborhood sports bar where taking care of people is noticed and valued If you enjoy being the first and last impression for guests and want a place where you can grow, apply today or stop by Rippy's Table and Tavern in Bellevue and ask for a manager.
