ABOUT DUO PLAY CAF

É We're a brand-new bilingual indoor play café opening this fall in Nolensville, TN. Themed play zones, a real espresso bar, birthday parties, classes, and Spanish woven through everything we do.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a fun, busy, hands-on job. In one shift you might make a latte, reset the pretend-play grocery store, welcome a new family and sign them up for a membership. No café experience required — we train you on everything, including full barista training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make espresso drinks, matcha, and kids' café items Keep our play zones clean, safe, and reset between families Host birthday parties as needed — setup, activities, and cleanup Welcome guests and ring up orders Light sales: memberships, classes, birthday parties

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

16 or older Warm with little kids and comfortable talking to parents Reliable — we're a small team and we count on each other Able to pass a background check Spanish is encouraged, but not required Any experience with kids: babysitting, camp, coaching, tutoring Food service or retail experience
