As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Hosts play an important role in creating the fun, welcoming atmosphere Margaritaville is known for. What You'll Do Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude Manage the waitlist and seating rotation to keep service running smoothly Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer basic questions about the restaurant, menu, and location Communicate with servers and management regarding seating and guest needs Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized Help ensure guests have a great experience from the moment they arrive Assist the team with other duties as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized in a busy, fast-paced restaurant Dependable and team-oriented Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!
