A passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant policies, and services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their dining experience. Skills Proficiency in Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Open Table Management required Strong phone etiquette to handle calls with clarity and professionalism. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members. Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is a plus. A proactive approach to helping guests feel welcome and valued during their visit.
