As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining or guest experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills. Qualifications Prior experience as a Host/Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. is advantageous. Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hotel guest services is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
