Job Description

About Us We are a growing entertainment and events company seeking an energetic, outgoing, and organized individual to help plan, coordinate, and host live events while also assisting with social media promotion and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being in front of people, creating memorable experiences, and helping grow an online community. Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination Assist with planning and organizing local events and social gatherings Coordinate vendors, venues, and event logistics Manage event setup and breakdown Communicate with attendees before and after events Help ensure events run smoothly and professionally Event Hosting / MC Duties Serve as Master of Ceremonies (MC) during events Welcome guests and make announcements Lead games, activities, contests, and audience engagement Maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere Social Media Responsibilities Create and schedule social media posts Capture photos and videos during events Post Stories, Reels, and short-form video content Respond to comments and messages Assist with growing engagement on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Help promote upcoming events and increase attendance Qualifications Strong communication and public speaking skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Organized and detail-oriented Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and weekends Experience planning events is preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as an MC, host, DJ, promoter, event coordinator, or social media manager Basic graphic design experience (Canva preferred) Basic video editing experience Experience growing social media accounts What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a great personality who can connect with people, stay organized under pressure, and help create engaging experiences both online and in person.
