Grow with Sushi Fever - Busser/Host/Togo Specialist - FOH Trainee Sushi Fever is an upscale yet welcoming Japanese restaurant in Cedar Park, dedicated to delivering exceptional cuisine and professional hospitality. We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team and grow with us. This role is ideal for college students or mature, career-minded adults seeking long-term growth and development.

What You'll Do:

Begin as a Busser, then rotate through Host → To-Go Specialist shifts to build well-rounded FOH skills Learn and apply our FOH manuals, Health Code standards, policies, and menu knowledge Complete shift-based assessments in each area (typically one per week). Progress at your own pace—some team members complete faster, others take longer depending on preparation and practice After 1 year, eligible for Server Training (requires Head Server approval), where earning potential can double

Compensation:

Average hourly pay: Texas minimum wage + tips Starting pay: $12-$14/hr After completing FOH assessments: $15-$19/hr Long-term opportunity: Server Training after 1 year with Head Server approval
