HardKnocks Sports Grill is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable Hostess to join our team! We're looking for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a busy restaurant environment, and can provide excellent customer service from the moment guests walk through the door. Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude Manage the seating of guests and maintain an accurate waitlist Answer phones and assist guests with questions Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host area Assist with guest needs throughout their visit Keep track of table availability and restaurant flow Provide exceptional hospitality and help create a positive guest experience What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Reliable and punctual Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person If you're energetic, personable, and ready to be part of a fun, fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you!
