International workforce Casual work attire Growth opportunities We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Host/Host to join our casual dining restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, seating them in a timely manner, and providing excellent customer service. The Host/Host will also be expected to manage the wait list, answer phone calls, and assist with other tasks as needed. We are looking for someone with a friendly and professional demeanor who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay will be an established hourly rate based on performance and previous experience along with tips.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the restaurant. Provide customers with menus and answer any initial questions. Assign customers to tables and ensure that all seating arrangements are correct. Keep track of customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues that arise. Ensure that all tables are properly set up and cleaned before each seating. Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
