Full-Time / Part-Time Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and high-energy Hosts to manage the flow of guests and create a positive first impression for our diverse dining destination. You will greet and seat guests across multiple environments, including the Front Dining area, Back Bar Area, (Futrue Covered Dining), and direct them to the upstairs speakeasy The Mariner. This role requires a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment and is physically prepared for the demands of high-volume outdoor service. Key Responsibilities 1.

Guest Seating & Table Readiness Greeting and Seating:

Warmly greet all guests and manage the waitlist for high-volume areas.

Table Support:

Assist in ensuring the rapid resetting of tables by clearing remaining items, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing place settings to ensure prompt seating.

Flow Support:

Seat guests according to established server rotations to ensure consistent service speed. 2.

Operational Support Endurance:

Maintain a high level of guest service and physical activity during peak summer months with high temperatures.

Outdoor Support:

Support the team during the "Weather Pivot," assisting in moving guests from floating areas to covered sections during sudden heat waves or rain.

Accountability:

Follow all the company policies and be reliable. Always be at your best when at work and show up ready to hit the ground running, being a team player with the staff. 3.

Guest Relations Menu Awareness:

Be familiar with and clearly communicate the menu differences between the casual downstairs/outdoor areas and the high-end upstairs dining options.

Guest Communication:

Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.

Physical Requirements Heat Tolerance:

Ability to work effectively in an outdoor environment during high-temperature summer shifts.

Mobility:

Constant walking and standing across multiple dining levels and large outdoor areas.

Lifting:

Occasional lifting of high-chair units or moving lightweight patio furniture to accommodate larger groups. Shifts will be 10am- 6pm 11am-7pm 12pm-8pm 1pm 9pm 2:30pm-10:30pm 6-8 hour shifts, possible breaks
