Duties Host live auction events with enthusiasm, maintaining high energy levels throughout the broadcast. Use microphones effectively to communicate clearly and confidently with viewers and participants. Engage the audience through crowd interaction, encouraging participation and fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere. Manage live streaming platforms, ensuring smooth broadcasts and real-time audience engagement. Perform voice acting and theatrical techniques to add personality and excitement to each auction segment. Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless event flow, including rehearsals and on-air cues. Interact with viewers via chat or social media to answer questions, promote items, and enhance viewer experience. Requirements Proven experience in public speaking, acting, theatre production, or related performance arts. Strong communication skills with an energetic and engaging voice. Experience working with children is a plus, demonstrating patience and adaptability in lively environments. Familiarity with microphones, live streaming technology, and studio recording equipment. Ability to perform dance routines or physical acts such as modeling or theatrical movement to entertain audiences. Background in film production performance or theatre experience that showcases stage presence. Excellent crowd interaction skills to foster excitement and participation during live events. Previous experience in audience engagement for live performances or entertainment is highly desirable.
