FULL TIME NEEDED

• We are looking for a dynamic and friendly professional to join our team as a Hostess. The main goal of this position is to provide a warm and pleasant experience to our customers from the very first contact with the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and contributing to the positive image of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers with warmth and courtesy, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter. Organize seating arrangements and manage the waiting list to optimize the flow of service. Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant, reservations, and promotions. Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the reception area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with the service team to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Should have experience with fine dining restaurant service. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Impeccable appearance and professional demeanor. Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with a high volume of customers. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
