Answering phones with polite and proper phone manners. Welcoming guests with a warm smile. Opening doors for guests when arriving or departing. Understand and manage "Open Table" app used to view seating charts, reservations, guest requests/notes, and to assign tables to servers. Preparing the host stand and the tables. Properly closing down the host stand and related areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills. Pays close attention to detail. Maintains professional but friendly demeanor. Works well with a team. Communicates clearly and effectively. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills. Experience with open table or square software is a plus!
