The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons. Maintain cleanliness of the host area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all beverage services meet fine dining standards. Demonstrate knowledge of beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhere to food handling safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards. Experience Must be knowlegable with Agave and the spirits made from the plant.te. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong time management skills to efficiently juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment. A background in hospitality or food service is advantageous, particularly in fine dining settings.
