Steakhouse is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Host/Hostess to be the first welcoming face our guests see! If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, working with people, and creating a positive experience for our guests, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant Manage reservations and assist guests with seating Provide accurate wait-time estimates and keep guests informed Seat guests efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow throughout the dining room Provide menus and answer guests' initial questions Coordinate seating to maintain an even workload for the service team Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Schedule and manage reservations, including large parties Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand Provide friendly and attentive service throughout each guest's visit Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent verbal communication in both English and Spanish is required to effectively assist guests, handle phone calls, and manage reservations. Professional and courteous phone etiquette Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule We offer two primary shift options , based on availability and business needs:

Day Shift Monday-Friday:

10:30 AM - 5:00

PM Weekends:

Open availability required

Evening Shift Monday-Friday:

4:00 PM - 10:00

PM Weekends:

Open availability required Days off will be determined in coordination with the manager based on availability. Compensation $9.00 per hour Location
