Piattello is currently located at Waterside in Fort Worth and will be moving to our new location in Clearfork at the end of 2026 . We are excited to grow our team as we prepare for this next chapter. Applicants should be comfortable working at our Waterside location now and transitioning with us to Clearfork when the new restaurant opens. Piattello Italian Kitchen is a chef-driven neighborhood Italian restaurant known for authentic, scratch-made Italian cuisine, a creative bar program, and warm, attentive hospitality. We are currently hiring for a Host position . Our hosts are the first and last impression of the restaurant, so we are selective about who joins our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with guests both in person and over the phone. Restaurant experience is helpful, but a great attitude, reliability, and genuine desire to take care of people are just as important.
