• Process payments using POS systems with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant area
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a restaurant environment, is advantageous
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service principles
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while upholding service standards
• Knowledge of guest relations practices to enhance the overall dining experience
