Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are an established women's e-commerce clothing boutique looking for a charismatic, high-energy, and fashionable TikTok LIVE Host to spearhead our live commerce sales. You will be the face of our brand during live broadcasts, showcasing outfits, interacting with viewers in real-time, and driving immediate sales through our TikTok Shop.

What You'll Do:

Host engaging, fast-paced TikTok LIVE streams (2-4 hours per session). Change into and showcase various outfits (tops, skirts, dresses, night-out looks) smoothly on camera. Explain fabric, fit, sizing, and styling options to viewers. Build real-time urgency, answer chat questions, and pin product cards to drive checkout conversions.

What We Are Looking For:

Exceptional on-screen charisma, high energy, and a confident personality. Background in retail sales, boutique management, modeling, or social media content creation. Ability to multitask (talking, changing outfits quickly, and reading live chat comments simultaneously). Strong interest in women's fashion and current social media trends.

Compensation:
