In this lively role, you will greet guests with enthusiasm, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will create a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic environment focused on guest satisfaction. Duties Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort Manage reservation bookings using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while answering phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service transitions Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with attentive guest relations skills Keep the host stand organized, clean, and welcoming at all times Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with guest services and ensuring a positive dining environment Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services enhances your ability to connect with diverse guests Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations best practices is advantageous Join us and be part of a team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences through energetic service, genuine hospitality, and seamless guest interactions!
