Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to welcome guests and ensure they have a positive experience. The Host will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the establishment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth flow of service Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
