About the Position We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Host / Curbside Team Member to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests while helping keep the front-of-house operation organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant, and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude. Manage guest seating, reservations, and waitlists using restaurant technology. Assist guests with questions, wait times, and general requests. Maintain an organized and welcoming host area and dining room entrance. Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth service flow. Answer phone calls professionally and assist with guest inquiries. Accurately prepare, organize, and distribute curbside and to-go orders. Ensure curbside and to-go supplies are stocked and organized. Communicate guest requests, special occasions, and concerns to the appropriate team members. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house area. Help support servers and other team members during slower periods or as needed. Assist with closing and resetting the restaurant for the next shift. Follow all restaurant policies regarding guest privacy and confidential information. Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor during busy periods. What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using tablets, POS systems, and other restaurant technology. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required. Why Join Our Team?
