Our team creates a safe, clean, and exciting environment for kids and families. We are looking for energetic team members who love working with children. Job Summary The Floor Associate supports guests throughout the facility, monitors all play zones for safety, and helps maintain our "Safe Clean Fun" standard. This is a fast-paced, active position that requires strong communication and great customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service Assist families as needed Monitor all play areas to ensure safe, appropriate play Clean and sanitize play areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces Restock supplies (socks, snacks, drinks, cleaning items) Support party hosts and help flip rooms between events Follow all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures Qualifications Must be reliable, friendly, and comfortable working with kids Able to stand/walk for long periods Works well in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability is required Customer service or childcare experience is a plus Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + bilingual bonus Fun, team-oriented environment Growth opportunities (Host, Supervisor, Manager-in-Training) How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume.
