We pride ourselves on great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors. The Role As a Host, you are the first and last impression our guests have. You'll manage the flow of the dining room, greet every guest with genuine warmth, and ensure smooth seating so the entire team can deliver an outstanding experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly upon arrival Manage the waitlist and reservation system accurately Coordinate seating to balance server sections and optimize table turnover Communicate wait times clearly and keep guests comfortable while they wait Answer phones, take to-go orders, and respond to general inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house and entry area Assist with basic bussing or running food during peak times as needed Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous host or customer service experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person Must be at least 16 years of age What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling A supportive, team-oriented work environment Meal discounts Opportunity to grow within the company
