Summary As a Busser at River City Grille, you will play an essential role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Located in a vibrant dining atmosphere, this position is crucial for supporting our waitstaff and enhancing the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors and restrooms. Support the kitchen staff by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Refill water glasses and provide additional items to guests upon request. Ensure all tableware is clean and properly stocked for service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with special events or large parties as directed by management. Provide excellent guest services to enhance the overall dining experience. Qualifications Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the restaurant industry. Strong guest relations skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
