The Housekeeper will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents alike. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as required, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs to the management team. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
