!!!! Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover. Take reservations and maintain an organized reservation system. Assist guests with inquiries about menu items and restaurant services. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station. Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and guest information. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. Familiarity with POS systems, especially Toast POS, is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
