Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while managing the flow of the restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly demeanor. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient guest flow. Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Assist with any guest requests or concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
