Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive, making them feel valued and comfortable Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring smooth flow of guest seating and waitlist management Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate guest seating and special requests Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and restaurant offerings Assist with guest inquiries, provide directions within the restaurant, and handle guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Support guest services by maintaining a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews Requirements Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous hotel or guest services experience is advantageous but not mandatory A friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset are key to success in this role Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest!
