The Breakfast Host is responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area while providing exceptional guest service. This role helps create a welcoming environment and ensures guests start their day with a positive experience. Responsibilities Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet according to Hampton Inn brand standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast area throughout service hours. Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation. Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed. Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed. Clean tables, counters, serving stations, and dining areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as necessary. Assist with inventory and notify management of supply needs. Properly close and clean the breakfast area at the end of service. Support other hotel departments as needed to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds. Schedule Early morning shifts required.
