We are a fast-growing beauty brand based in Prosper, TX , specializing in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and fragrances. We are looking for a vibrant, camera-ready Live Stream Sales Host & Social Media Specialist to become the face of our brand on social commerce platforms.

In this role, you will host high-energy, interactive live auctions on TikTok Live and Whatnot . You will also drive our brand's growth by creating viral short-form content to expand our digital footprint. If you have a passion for beauty, a dynamic on-camera modeling presence, and know how to close a sale, we want to hear from you!

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on on-camera experience and hours willing to work.)

Commission:

Uncapped 2% - 5% sales commission on total live revenue

Key Responsibilities Live Hosting:

Host interactive, high-energy live streaming events (3-4 hours per session) on TikTok Live and Whatnot.

Audience Engagement:

Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, interact with live chat comments, answer product questions, and build a community of loyal buyers.

Sales Driving:

Effectively pitch product benefits, launch flash sales, run interactive games, and create urgency to hit livestream sales targets.

Social Media Growth:

Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the live shows.

Vendor & Event Representation:

Periodically travel to industry hubs (including Miami and Las Vegas) to collaborate with vendors, preview upcoming product launches, and create exclusive behind-the-scenes content for our audience.

Qualifications & Requirements On-Camera Confidence:

Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must feel completely at ease and energized on camera.

Beauty Enthusiast:

Deep knowledge of modern cosmetics, skincare routines, haircare products, and fragrance notes. Up-to-date on viral TikTok beauty trends.

Social Savvy:

Strong understanding of the TikTok and Whatnot platforms, including algorithms, live-streaming tools, and features.

Sales Mindset:

Previous experience in retail beauty sales, brand modeling, promotional modeling, influencer content creation, or on-camera hosting is highly preferred.

Must be reliable and able to commute to our live stream studio located in Prosper, TX and/or

Plano, TX Pay:
