Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently to optimize seating flow Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth front-of-house operations Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host stand and dining areas Provide outstanding customer service by responding to guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests Assist in setting up the restaurant for daily service and special events Handle phone calls professionally, following proper etiquette when managing inquiries and reservations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred Strong verbal communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members Committed to delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally Basic understanding of food service operations and dining room flow Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and strong attention to detail
