Role:

Packicks is looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven TikTok Livestream Host to join our night and weekend team You'll host live shopping shows on our @Packicks TikTok Shop , showcasing sneakers, streetwear, apparel, and accessories. This is a performance-based role built for someone who is comfortable on camera, knows how to connect with an audience, and can turn product knowledge and personality into sales . What You'll Do Host high-energy TikTok Shop livestreams for Packicks Present and sell sneakers, streetwear, apparel, and accessories Engage viewers and build conversation in the chat Explain product features, sizing, materials, retail value, and key selling points Create urgency without making the stream feel overly pushy Upsell and cross-sell products naturally Keep the room engaged during slower periods Promote giveaways, coupons, deals, and upcoming products Maintain strong energy throughout 5-hour livestream shifts Work with the Packicks team to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and overall livestream performance What We're Looking For Confident and comfortable speaking on camera Strong personality with natural communication skills Sales-oriented and competitive Able to think quickly and multitask while live Comfortable interacting with hundreds of viewers in real time Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently work the required night/weekend schedule Able to stand and actively present products for approximately 5 hours Coachable and receptive to performance feedback Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Sneaker and streetwear knowledge is strongly preferred. Previous experience in livestreaming, TikTok Shop, retail sales, social media, content creation, hosting, or commission-based sales is a major plus. What Makes Someone Successful at Packicks? You should be able to control the room, recognize buying signals, answer objections, build urgency, explain value, and keep viewers entertained while continuously moving the show forward.
