Job Description
As a host at Delucca Gaucho Pizza and Wine, you will greet customers and make them feel welcome when they arrive. You will manage reservations, waitlists, and seating while making sure tables are being used fairly. You may also answer phones, help customers with questions, and keep the host stand and entrance clean. When it gets busy, you'll need to stay calm, organized, and communicate well with servers and managers. You may also help with cleaning tables, running food, and other tasks when needed. Overall, you'll be expected to provide good customer service, work well with a team, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
