Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hostess Cashier, where your vibrant personality and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, manages reservations, and ensures smooth operations at the front of house. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for an inviting atmosphere, making every guest feel valued and appreciated. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with seating arrangements or waiting list management Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate bookings and seating flow Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Process payments accurately at the cashier station, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to promote a welcoming environment Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow during busy periods Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving protocols, and hospitality standards is a plus Hotel experience or guest relations background is beneficial but not required Join us to be part of a lively team that values energetic service, clear communication, and creating memorable guest experiences. Pay:
