Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit Answer phone inquiries with courteous professionalism, assisting with reservations and general questions Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills Requirements Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interaction Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and hospitality standards Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light loads as needed Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality by creating memorable moments for every guest!
