• We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the flow of guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role is essential to the success of our restaurant, and we are looking for a dedicated individual who is committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

• Duties
• Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure
• Manage to take orders and prepare the meal. Provide clear and concise information regarding the menu, specials, and policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with guest services, such as providing directions or recommendations for local attractions
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
• Help with food service by delivering orders to the dining area and ensuring that guests receive their meals promptly
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Experience with food service and guest services
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
