Overview Help needed for this brand new, exclusive social networking and dating club designed specifically for residents of southern Utah. Will be redefining modern romance by bringing dating back into the physical world. Instead of endless digital swiping, we curate upscale mixers, social events, weekly cocktail hours, and tailored introductions right where our members live. I am looking for charismatic, high-energy candidates to help launch this new dating club from the ground up and turn this into an ultimate social hub. You will be the face, heart, and one of the vibrant matchmakers of the club. You will actively engage with members, build a welcoming sub-culture within our club, and use your emotional intelligence to help members find meaningful connections. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute a variety of social events, including mixers, themed parties, and networking nights Help manage event budgets by tracking expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations Help promote events through targeted marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and community outreach Greet guests warmly upon arrival, and help create an inviting atmosphere Help sell premium memberships or services during events to enhance guest experience and increase revenue opportunities Maintain detailed records of event performance, and guest feedbacks Skills Event planning, and managing event budgets Excellent communication skills to engage guests confidently Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction Organizational skills Maintain a vibrant presence, acting as a natural social connector and host.
