This role involves greeting members and guests warmly, managing reservations and seating, and keeping the flow of service running smoothly. We're looking for someone friendly, organized, and confident under pressure, who can make every member and guest feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and promptly as they arrive. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists smoothly and efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Keep the seating chart organized to ensure a steady flow in the dining room. Answer phone calls, make reservations, and share information about the restaurant, menu, or special promotions. Also able to take to go orders. Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management about guest needs and table availability during pre-shift meetings Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting front entrance and waiting area. Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Help with opening and closing tasks as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by

Clubhouse Management Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods May require lifting items 30-50 lbs. (menus, supplies, etc.).

Qualifications and Requirements:

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
