This role is ideal for someone who is highly personable, energetic, detail-oriented, and confident interacting with clients. The Jr. Event Host and Venue Tour Specialist must be able to transition seamlessly between the fast-paced demands of an event and the elevated, highly personalized experience expected during a venue tour. Venue tours are held every Tuesday evening and require a strong focus on customer experience, sales, communication, and multitasking. Tours may include prospective clients considering Twenty & Creek for their event as well as booked clients visiting the venue for a walkthrough or planning meeting. Jr. Event Host Duties & Responsibilities Event Hosting Oversee the venue during events and ensure the property is maintained to Twenty & Creek standards. Ensure client requests and event needs are completed in a timely and professional manner. Refresh and maintain the venue throughout the event. Work closely with vendors, event planners, clients, and Twenty & Creek staff to ensure a seamless event experience. Serve as an expert regarding the building's amenities, technology, AV systems, and capabilities. Troubleshoot issues and effectively solve problems with minimal impact to clients, vendors, and planners. Create a warm, welcoming, and elevated environment for clients and guests. Maintain a sharp focus while working in fast-paced events with many moving pieces. Venue Tours & Client Experience Host venue tours every Tuesday evening for prospective and booked clients. Provide a warm, polished, and highly personalized experience from the moment clients arrive. Confidently walk clients through the venue, highlighting the property's amenities, features, capabilities, and overall experience. Learn and effectively communicate Twenty & Creek's offerings, policies, processes, and event capabilities. Build genuine rapport with prospective clients and create a memorable experience that reflects the Twenty & Creek brand. Identify client needs, answer questions, and confidently communicate the value of hosting an event at Twenty & Creek. Approach tours with a sales-minded perspective while maintaining an authentic, hospitality-focused experience. Recognize opportunities to answer questions, overcome concerns, and help prospective clients feel confident in their decision-making process. Manage multiple conversations, questions, and client needs while continuing to provide an organized and elevated tour experience. Follow up with the appropriate Twenty & Creek team members regarding questions, client feedback, or potential sales opportunities. Conduct walkthroughs with booked clients and assist them with understanding the venue, layout options, amenities, and event logistics. Represent Twenty & Creek professionally and consistently during every client interaction. Availability every Tuesday evening for venue tours is required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, squatting, walking up and down stairs, kneeling, and moving tables, chairs, and other event equipment.
