Full Job Description SUMMARY:

Daniel O'Connell's Irish Restaurant & Bar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Host at our Alexandria, VA location. The Host will be responsible for working with our team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the guest experience is top priority. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food and beverage hospitality, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, have a great attitude, be able to work with a team and be professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests upon their arrival and give them a memorable first impression of Daniel O'Connell's Irish Restaurant & Bar. Greet guests when they are leaving and follow their example by having a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. Clean and sanitize all areas related to the host stand. Help to bus tables. Organize Reservations Assist with other tasks as needed or assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Previous experience not required as training is provided, but is beneficial.
