Requirements:

Must represent Ironage Korean Steak House's Values and principles Must follow rules and regulations of Ironage Korean Steak House and all applicable city, county, state and federal laws and regulations Enjoys Guest service and have passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers Must understand the concept of teamwork, communication and leadership Must have excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude Ability to stand and walk for 7 to 12 hours per day Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to learn, understand and follow basic health codes. Must be able to read, write and understand English Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; basic reading, listening and speaking skills Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment Ability to mix and serve alcoholic drinks
