Ten Sushi, located on Charlottesville's Downtown Mall, is looking for energetic and reliable team members to join our fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. We take pride in delivering outstanding service, fresh flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere, and we're seeking individuals who share our passion for hospitality.

Open Positions:

Hosts

• Warmly welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and help create a positive first impression. Food Runners
• Ensure dishes are delivered quickly and accurately, working closely with servers and kitchen staff. Support Staff
• Assist servers with clearing tables, refilling water, resetting for new guests, and keeping the dining room running smoothly. Bar Backs
• Stock, prep, and support bartenders to keep the bar running efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with great communication skills Evening and weekend availability preferred Previous restaurant experience a plus, but not required (we're willing to train the right people!)
